PEDIAPHARMA FOUNDATION RECEIVES “CHILD CARE CHAMP AWARD”
SOS Children’s Villages Philippines, a private, non-political, non-denominational organization that provides family-like care to children in need, recently bestowed the Child Care Champ Award to Pediapharma Foundation, Inc. The award was given to recognize the foundation for supporting the secondary and tertiary education of more and more SOS children since 2015.
“So many abandoned, neglected and orphaned children struggle for an education,” says Michelle Erika Zaldarriaga, Managing Director of Pediapharma Foundation. “By continuing to provide scholarships to SOS youth, we are helping them achieve a brighter future and better quality of life.”
According to SOS Children’s Villages, Pediapharma Foundation was chosen as Child Care Champ awardee because it also seeks to uphold the rights and best interests of the Filipino child. “We endow this award only to benefactors, advocates, influencers and ambassadors to our cause. They are our partners to change the world.”
